Fibre broadband disconnected

Hi I currently have no fibre broadband due to what I was told was an accidental disconnection. Could I get an update on being reconnected? I have account and reference numbers available. Thanks Jeremy

If you are not on a business plan, would you call your Fibre Install Manager on their direct line 0800 346 825.   He or she will be happy to provide you with an update on the status of your connection.
