I upgraded to Fibre Max (from the 200Mb/s plan) on the 11th of July. I was told it would take 5 days for the plan to be activated. On the 22nd of July there is no change, so I call Vodafone. They told me to wait another 5 days. On the 29th there is still no change. I am told to reset my router firmware to factory defaults (which is quite an inconvenience) and it will then get faster. No change. My downloads are still capped at 200Mb/s and uploads at 22Mb/s.
I find the Vodafone support process to be woefully inadequate. Call centre staff seem to be running off a script and at times it's difficult to understand what theyre saying.
So I will play phone tag again and ask them what's going on with my upgrade.
Would I recommend the Vodafone product? Yes. Would I recommend their support? Absolutely not.
