I am having fibre speed issues at a business address and keep on getting all of the same stuff from CS (I understand its there job) However nothing is getting resolved. Is there anyone here that can help me?

Not sure what area you are or if Vodafone has checked but Chorus has an Outages map on their site. You could start there and see if its not an area that might be affected by a problem.

Could try rebooting the router. Turn it off for a few minutes and then back on again. That "might" help.
I had a problem a few months ago with my connection and ended up laying a complaint. It got resolved in the end, but by did I have to "throw the toys out of the cot" so to speak.

Alot of times service people will also ask if you are connecting to the modem via wifi or cable. If you are connecting via wifi, try to connect to the modem via a cable and run some speedtests again to see if that makes a difference.

Sorry forgot to add...
Could try changing the channel on the router. Most routers have this set to "auto" but if theres interference from neighbours that wont help.
