I have a vodafone fiber unlimited contract for 24 months but want to move to a new apartment. Checking the availability of fiber in the website, it says it OK and ready, so ask for a relocation. BUT upon speaking to the building manager, he said it is not possible to get fiber into the apartment.
My question is, how does the vodafone website check the availability of fiber in a specific apartment? I need to look for a new apartment that is ok for fiber installation.
Hi! Are you sure that when you checked, it was not FibreX? You might want to contact the call centre the they might transfer you to the Relocations Team. I believe they have a direct number though. They can be the one to tell you the answer for your question.
