New fiber connection stops working every couple of hours or more. Every time i have to restart modem to get connection back, which takes at least 5 minutes so my work is constantly interrupted and I lose data.
Called tech support twice - every time they walked me through same reset process, which was useless as issue keeps reoccuring, tried to change the cable - didn't work. Last time I called, the girl didn't want to hear that I've done this all before and ended up hunging up on me.
I do not want to call to tech support again as every time it's at least 30 min of my life lost for nothing.
I am hoping that some one here will be able to offer a better solution than "reset your modem". Please help!
