I have an ethernet cable from the sleepout which has been wired into the media box with a cable into the second port on the main fibre router/modem. But I can't get internet. I think I read that this port doesn't work and I need to hook into the modem/hub that is running off the first port. Is that correct? Will I need to get the cable extended through to the modem in the lounge (only have one jack) or is there some way to get the second port working?
