Hi. When Vodafone switched off ihug I set up an new email address, and provided that to Vodafone so any emails to the old address would be automatically forwarded. I understood that this forwarding service would continue as long as I was a Vodafone customer. I've now found that emails to my old ihug address are bouncing back to the sender, vs being forwarded. What has happened to the forwarding service?
