My clear.net.nz emails are no longer coming through to my gmail address. When vodafone shut down their email services we were told that all email to old vodafone (including clear) email addresses would be forwarded. I am no longer getting emails sent to my old clear accounts. I am still a vodafone customer and yes, I've checked my spam folder.
Hi @ppiper, I can have someone check why the forwarding has stopped working. Could you please send your customer email address as well as the forwarding address via a Private Message to me and someone will look into this.
