I have a number of clearnet/paradise email addresses that were forwarded after the vodafone email closure last year. At first these all worked but I hav erecently noticed that they are gradually failing to forward and I have received a notification via other measn that messages are neing rejected by a t least one of them. Vodafone made a commitment that this forwarding service would continue to opreate as long as I was a broadband customer, and there seems to be little real commitment to this. The fact that I have to enquire via this stupid forum instead of going direct to Vodafone suport is evidence of this. As a longstanding business customer I expect better than this!
Please check all of my email addresses for firwarding function and if necessary the forwarding reinstated? I have been unable to receive a test email through any of them.
