As a few others have discovered, email forwarding stopped working which for me and a number of others happened on Tuesday June 4. I have contacted the helpdesk and after waiting for ages, got some who could verify that I could send an email to my old ihug email, but it wasn't going anywhere. The person said he would escalate but thats the last I have heard. So 0 stars to helpdesk. Since then, I have discovered other attempts tell me the email no longer exists.
We had an email rom Vodafone telling us that the service would stop - IN AUGUST!.
I have complained to Commerce Commission but not holding my breath.
I amanged to get through yesteray again and once again the person was escalating to their Level 2 team. I think that's vidafone speak for a black hole. They will pass the buck an do nothing and then crow about how successful the shudown was at the end of August.
Do what I did - complain to the Commerce Commissison.
