Dismal broadband

I'm paying you guys an arm and a leg for 100mb/s. I'm getting less than 1mb/s. Will my next bill be less than 1% of the usual to reflect the less than 1% of promised service?

Here's Vodafone's response to my complaint about receiving less than 1% of the broadband I'm paying for:

(Paying for 100mb/s, getting less than 1mb/s)
