For several months now, Vodafone has been neglecting to fix a bug on MyVodafone app: When making a manual payment, it double deducts (one month even deducted the amount 4 times in error!!!) This keeps on happening, month after month and nobody is fixing it. Huge inconvenience, as you have to wait on the line for quite some time (or like tonight, be told there are problems with the customer service/account team phones!! Ironic...). The 24/7 online chat is also useless as there are no agents available. Pretty disappointing. For now... keeping on trying to get hold of somebody... Not very hopeful!
