We won't be doing anything at this time. I have tried again to update the ticket asking for a call back but keep getting this error below

"Something went wrong on our end"

Also I see packet loss appearing on 129.250.3.237 so yea not the best for gaming. Also note the link below these are Spark customers who are also affected.

So when can we expect some kind of fix? Or should I start fowarding invoices for a VPN?

@MarkPointon57  Latency is best effort and unless you want to pay for a managed connection and have a SLA on latency then no ISP is going to pay for your VPN

Other ISPs don't have this issue. Pinging from 4G connection shows the latency is about 60ms so no issues with 4G as well. But Vodafone is refusing to troubleshoot this issue at their end. I'm switching to another ISP.

Hi there is also another thread on the WOW forums which is getting more results

https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/high-latency-to-oce-servers-from-nz/313090/68

last response was 2 hours from a moderator.

"Hey again all,

We should be good on tests, it looks like you’re still getting routed to our servers the wrong way - we’ve got an internal ticket on this where we’re investigating why this is happening and seeing if we can make any headway on it. While we do so it can sometimes help if you notify Vodafone as well. This is a peering issue and they can speed things up by working with our network folks to use better peers to connect to us.

We fixed this with a couple other ISPs a few days ago but we’re still working on Vodafone."

Blizzard are saying it's a peering issue with Vodafone.

Given history, I believe Blizzard over Vodafone.

This is also happening to me. For the last week playing wow classic has been a nightmare. When will this get fixed? Should I find a new ISP?
