I am getting so frustrated as i have contacted 6 times and been assured by staff my home phone line would be repaired but im still waiting. This has been ongoing for a month now with me asking to have my TV cut off and just broadband and home phone. Was quoted in May by a lady named Daisy who said it woulkd be $92. and i would get a 300 credit. I have now received yet another account for end of June for $147. I cannot afford $147 and as im on direct debit am really concerned. I have been in contact with Daisy (twice) David, Nathan, Umes and someone elso whose name i didnt get. If this isnt sorted today i will get the bus into town and go to the Vodafone shop until i get an PROMISE it will be done.
I have had a quote from 2 deg and it is the same price with 200 credit. I am so fed up that i cannot recommend your company at the moment.
