I have over the phone verbally agreed to upgrade to Fibre X but now want to cancel after reading about problems regarding this service how do i go about doing this the process seems to be hidden

Im getting UFB with another company I don't want to get Fibre X just to lower my monthly Vodafone bill and no offer has come from Vodafone after 15 years with them and Telstra-Saturn pretty poor from you guys.
Vodafone should offer the lower rate to it's existing customers who want to go onto UFB, Fibre X is just a cheap way out.
Not much loyalty from Vodafone.

that's how they roll, unfortunately. Have the same issue here. They were quick to let me know my fibre cost has gone up but never told me that I'm eligible for the deal that they are offering to new customers
