Tried calling many times the number given to cancel my VDSL and its going to the general menu. Managed to contact billig after a long wait and they said they dont do the cancellation and still didnt get any call back from the cancellation team.
DId the online chat (2 times) and they said they will imiidiately cancel my account and send me the final bill, but today i received the monthly bill and no the final one.
Even trying walking in to the store and the response was they dont do the calcellation. Completely frustrated.
Can someone from vodafone please sort this out to me.
