Caller ID not working since upgrade to Fibre

Since we upgraded to ultra fast broadband our caller ID feature does not work. All we get displayed during an incoming call is 'Out Of Area'. Do I need a new phone to make these features work? The phone is several years old. Or is there a fault with the setup?

I had the same problem almost a year ago when I upgraded.

 

Turned out Caller ID was not provisioned for the new Fibre connection and a call to Vodafone sorted it out. Ring their Fibre number 0800 888 800 or Home Customer number 0800 438 448 and ask them to check caller ID is provisioned for your new connection.

 

Alternative is to just go into to My Vodafone and remove existing caller ID service and then re-add, which didn't work for me, hence the call. Sorry I can't help you locate on My Vodafone as forgotten where it is and couldn't find it just now.
