Broadband speed

My speed has dropped significantly over the last week and keeps dropping out. Why is this happening. I normally have speeds of over 20mbps and it's been under 3 or dipped out completely?

What access method (Fibre / ADSL / VDSL / Fixed Wireless)?

 

Are you testing by Wifi or Ethernet?

 

Test by Ethernet to confirm if it's an issue with your connection, or the Wireless enviroment.

 

If it's also an issue via Ethernet, get a Fault logged with Customer Service to investigate.

 

If it's only by Wifi you are having an issue, try changing Wireless Channels etc in your Modem Settings.
