Hi. On Friday last week I contacted sales and spoke to Tiresa about a new connection at our new home. Since the vendors of the property had vodafone wireless, she said there was no problem and the modem would be sent asap and then it was just a matter of plugging it in.
Yesterday (Wednesday) I called sales again and spoke to someone else, who said that there was no record of our address (despite the previous owners having used vodafone). I had to send through official documents and apparently there now needs to be a technician visiting. I had confirmation last week that all was going ahead, and now we are almost a week without internet - we need to work from home, so this is extremely urgent. Please can someone update me as to when we might receive service?
