My broadband suddenly stopped working on my office accesses -- particularly, Outlook, Teams, virtual desktop, etc.
This was fine days before but starting today, 27 March, it stopped working.
We received an email from Vodafone saying:
"From 26 March 2020, until the end of June 2020, we’ll be removing the data cap for our Home Fixed Broadband customers who are not already on an unlimited plan. This includes Fibre, Ultrafast HFC, VDSL and ADSL. Due to network constraints, this excludes Rural Broadband and Wireless Broadband.
Is this related to this change?
I tried my mobile data to access my office accesses they all worked fine. So the problem is my broadband service.
Please help. I cannot work from home with this issue. Thanks.

I restarted my PC (5 times). In between, I also unplugged the modem for over 5 minutes then re-started.
Still the same, connection issue. Please help.

We hear you, you're not alone!
My partner and I are facing the same issue. We have a mobile broadband, one of the black modems. We joined Vodafone a month ago, haven't got any problems until today. We can access other websites, but any of the office.com sites, we can't.
The problem is that work has everything on office 365, which means trying to work from home today is being a struggle. Arghh... very frustrating.

Fibre 100 unlimited plan
We have had the same issue.We can access internet with no issue but when trying to remote access into work server we cannot gain access. All othe coworkers have not had any issues.
We are trying to connect remotely to work through webaccess. We have tried to connect using out netgear router and also the standard vodafone provided router. Neither worked. We can connect using mobile hotspot which rules out any PC problem, but this is very slow.
Have tried using LAN cable, which does not work either.
Theire must be something (or setting) on our account at vodafone which is block access to work.

We've tried turning the modem and our computers on and off so many times.
We got our IT department on Team Viewer trying to fix and they can't.
The hotspot works, but as you said, super slow.
Vodafone, if you're reading this, please help!!!

Same issue for me as well.
I've got internet access, but can't access offic.com sites (plus a few other sites like Stats Nz and Metservice), which makes it a bit of challenge to get any work done.

I, too, have exactly the same problem. It was working fine Monday-Wednesday, was a little dodgy yesterday but today I can't get to any office sites - can't access Outlook, Skype or Teams. These are essential tools when working from home. Fix PLEASE
