Hi,
I'm hoping someone can give me the correct information on how to cancel my broadband service eg, notice period and what happens to modem?

Sorry to hear that. Any particular reason?
Process is to call us on 08000 438 448, you can then drop the modem off in any store or request a prepaid envelope on your call and send it back that way.
