Hi, ordered fiber broadband over 4 weeks ago, have called numerous times and still no information as to what the delay is with installation to am now trying this channel.
It is imperative this installation is completed to allow me to work from home.
We specifically chose vodafone thinking this would be a seamless transition but am very dissapointed by the lack of communication.
Please can someone explain why there is a delay and confirm the new installation date?
