Hi, I received a Vodafone unlimited broadband deal for $69.99. I was charged $89.99 without my knowledge and your customer service team has now added more charges despite not replying to my original query. Who can I speak with in New Zealand?
Yes I had called the care team at leat 10 times because Vodafone kept disconnecting my broadband. It would be the same story that they were not meant to cancel.
The issue has now resolved. When I signed up, the individual who signed me up did not send me a link to contact Vodafone Ninja nor was I informed this is possible. The Vodafone cutomer service team also informed me on my approx. 15th call to them.
