I guess I shouldn't be surprised,... but still no outcome on this - what is with Vodafone and their seeming commitment to complete lack of customer service?

Yes, I raised it with the payments team and should have more details etc during this week, apologies again.

I too have had terrible problems with my vodafone bills for broadband and fixed line. I signed up well over a year ago for a good deal of $74.99 per month. Since then I have received bills ranging from $0.00 to over $300 per month. I have sent dozens of emails, and each time I've been assured it has been corrected - but then I get another incorrect bill. it's driving me nuts!!! Please, vodafone, getting your billing procedures sorted.
