I have tried contacting you for weeks, I have tried watiing on the phone to get in touch with Billing Migration One Bill for up to an hour.
I have reached vodafone ninjas and confirmed they can see that I have paid you. However due to the "migration of billing" it is not registering with you that I am making my monthly payments. You are now biling me upto $300 including late payments of which there arent' late payments.
I keep trying to resovle this with your staff and they say I must wait to speak with someone from One Bill Migration. Except they never answer the phone. I have also tried resolving this using my Vodafone online.
HOW CAN I GET THIS RESOLVED!!!!!!!!
