3 Months free credit is applied on the 2nd bill. Apologies if this was not explained at time of sign up. Let us know if it isn't applied on your second bill.

I to have had this happen to me too. Was told first 3 months free, and now recieving a bill. It is not acceptable that you are failing to tell people that they have to pay for the first month before the next 3 are free. That is misleading.
Also I was supposed to obtain free virus protection as well, and have had no correspondence on that either.

Apologies, no the 3 months free doesn't apply if you're resigning to a contract. However, worth talking to us on 0800 777 072 if you'd like to resign.
