Billing issue

I have been consistantly charged wrong for last 3 invoices since I signed up for new 24 months plan. I am sick and tired of ringing customer service as they solve one problem and create new. My first bill was over charge by $20 second for $10 and my last month bill is been charged $40 extra. Services are added to my plan without consulting me and I am still getting charged more for what I have signed.

Twice I ws told that I will get call back and nothing. I am with vodafone for past 10 years never had an issue but this time its pathetic.
