Billing Issue

Hi. I signed up for a fibre/SKY package and have received my second bill, which is higher than what the salesperson quoted and the plan I was on prior. I'm unsure why this is and find the call centre hard to hear, so could I please PM the details to get this checked out? Thanks.

Not sure if this could be of any help. It would be best for you to talk with a call centre rep and ask for a Billing Specialist right away. They will surely help you with that.
