Hi There,
We made a payment of $139.98 against our account on the 19th of November but it has not shown against our current charges owing.
Are you able to confirm this payment has been processed and therefore we will not incur a late fee? I am happy to supply our account number privately.

It'll take about 3 days to appear on your account - depending on how you paid. My Vodafone will show if anything owning on the bill.

Thanks Mike,
However the charge is still showing against our account despite our proof that it has been paid (payment reference number etc). This was paid well over 3 working days ago. I am obviously keen to ensure this has been processed so there are no late fees attached to our account.
