Hi, I've been on hold for 25 minutes as far using the 0800438448 number and also can't access the Online Ninja chat as there are NO one online. I would like information about my new ADSL and home phone account and bill which I contacted Vodafone about on 22 March. I received an email on 28 March to state that it was in progress and then received a $0 bill for April and my online account still states the incorrect home phone plan. I would like to speak to an actual person please to resolve this as I don't want to be hit with a double account due in May.
