What is with the 4 day outage for 66 customers in Seatoun? When will Breaker Bay customers be back up? The last update on this was 2:43 pm on 15/6/18, with no ETA for a fix.
It is a bit hard to be patient, except the wait time for a phone update is 30 minutes to get an update on progress.
I have the same issue, NO Fibre X, NO Sky (Vodafone TV), NO mobile reception.... 4 days and counting!
BUT worst of all I cannot get a straight answer from Vodafone! They don't even answer the tech line! Poor poor poor customer service!
Contemplating cancelling their services if this continues, for the amount I pay each month I would at least expect some communications or customer support.
