B315 modem in Marlborough Sounds.
4G is okay but no 3G, the modem usually defaults to 3G when I use the the phone on the rural broadband. Now it goes to 2G and does not receive incoming calls. Outgoing calls are poor quality but can be connected.
unable to select 3G via the App.
any suggestions as the 0800 helpline is not very helpful!

How long has this been happening for. When you called the help desk did they log a fault for you at all ?

Not sure when the 3G failed. I only realised when my wife tried to phone home from a mobile, but it is at least 24hrs as there was a message on another home phone saying we couldn't be reached.
