My sim is not provisioned (that is what my cell says). I tried to call my cell from skype and the number doesn't work. it is still working on whats app. It may just need topping up but I tried that previously and it still didn't work. I called vodafone 0800, no one able to speak to. tried chat bot, useless! I have requested a callback 4 times now, no one calls. I can't go to a store because I am in managed isolation. anyone know how to get hold of someone at Vodafone to help fix my sim? I would like to be able to use my cell. Thanks

Hi @AnnetteSwale, can you please send me a private message with your mobile number and the SIM card number (16 digits beginning with 6401) and I can look into this for you.
