I have a phone that takes 2 sims, after a few months I put in a 2nd sim and it came up enter privacy protection password, I don't know what this is really. I've researched it and I don't know the password but regardless what I've read says I need to put those 2 sims back in to do it but I've lost 1 and the other I had a different number put on it so I can't do that, how do I get rid of it?? its a haweel h1
i did, after 4 hours on the phone I've been into Vodafone twice, was told to factory reset the device an that would fix it, so when i went back in to show them it hadnt worked all they could so was shrug an say they didn't know what to do
