mobile woes

went to use my mobile today and tried to ring an 0800 business number

only to be told this account is "barred" from calling any 0800 numbers this is very

disappointing as i have had this number for a long time.

Hi @CraigJohnDance, I know we can bar calls to 0900 numbers but I'm not aware of anything that would do the same for 0800 numbers. Can you please send me a private message with your mobile number and account PIN and I can look into this for you.

I work in the Corporate/Government space for Vodafone, but I know a little bit about a lot of things we do. I volunteer my time on here.
