@PeterBoyesKaipara Harbour site was upgraded at the end of last month. Site seems to be working fine with no alarms and taking 4G traffic.
Suggest you call Customer Services and get a fault logged for the issue to be investigated incase any issues were introduced during the upgrade, always the possibility the coverage footprint has changed as well after upgrade.
More nonsense. Their advice is to restart the modem and other timewasters (as if I haven't already done that). The issue is Vodafone throttling the service and the upgrade has screwed with the coverage area. But Vodafone should know that already and have fixed it.
a couple of days respite with half way decent speeds and now back to less than 2 mps. Once again I am forced to remark this is the level of service not even acceptable in a third world country but 50 minutes from Auckland cbd in a lockdown is a pitiful disgrace.
