I had an online chat through the members app with Samsung, and they said it was up to the carrier and could not give me a date.

Hi, got an update.

S10 will be launched with Android 9, S9 and S9+ are approved and can update now; S8, S8+ and Note 8 all in testing and about 2 weeks away. Huawei P20 and P20 Pro available now.

Ya, still waiting for the carriers here in NZ to roll out the Android 9.0 to S8 & Note 8 users. Currently still using my S8, seen the S10 though & its very impressive. Not sure if I want to upgrade due to the price hike hehe.
