I have been charged for a PXT. Only 43 cents plus I am being charged for a TXT at 37 cents.
What is a PXT? If it is what I think then Vodafone have a problem because I have NEVER ever sent a picture Text. Come on Vodafone, prove I have done so and to whom.....

PXT = MMS.
Could be an picture, or it Could be a text message sent to an email address. Also some models of handset convert long text messages into MMS (Instead of sending it as an SMS)
Log into MyVodafone and look at your usage. You will be able to see what number / email address it was sent to.
Then you can correlate that with your message history on your handset to see which message it was

Considering it was a text with 18 words and one number confirming an appointment.
Another Ploy for Vodafone to make money.
Have been ignored by Customer Services again. Asked to send copy of last invoice. "I am on leave tomorrow but will be back online on Friday. So far no reply.
Upper management could give a hoot as well. They are experts at ignoring their customers.

NOT a picture and NOT sent to an e-mail address. It was an ordinary text........ Sent from one cellphone number to another cellphone number......

Nothing to do with "reminder" settings. It was an ordinary text entered by myself without the help of whiz bang technology.
Mr Vodafone please explian this !!!!!!!

Thanks but no thanks.
There is no way I will divulge my PIN.
How do I know you are Genuine...... I dealt with a person regarding Scam calls to landline and it turns out he was a disgruntled Ex Vodafone person. Got nowhere with him.
