Hi there, I wonder if anyone can tell me if there is a way to increase the number of rings before the phone goes to voicemail.  We have a Nokia Windows phone and an Huewai Android phone.  We are both on Vodafone pay and go.

You cannot extend the ring time on a Prepay connection.

Just the way the Prepay plans work means we don't have that facility available - sorry!

No problem, thanks Mike.  Just an aside, I had a text from Vodafone yesterday that said my Pay and Go rates were increasing, quite a lot!  1c to 10c per text and 20c to 30c per minute for calls.  I know the rates were previously very good but that seems a fairly high hike.

am am I right in assuming that calls to the UK will remain the same at 89c per minute?

Yes, calls to UK remain the same.

@Fantail18It's not the number of rings but time before incoming calls are passed to Voicemail and it's 20 seconds ringing / paging time,

If you request Voicemail to be removed then it's 40 seconds and the incoming call is dropped
