After receiving the upgrade to Android10 yesterday, my Nokia 7.2 has stopped sending text messages. Have checked the settings and restarted multiple times but the problem persists.
When first setting up the phone I had trouble getting the mobile internet connection going due to erroneous Access Point information. Wondering if this could be a similar problem, or if Vodafone are aware of any glitches due to the Android 10 rollout affecting the messaging functionality? I have an unlocked dual SIM phone (of which I'm currently using only one) and I'm on a prepaid plan.

have a look in the phone settings. For those phones I think you need to make sure the MMS (SMS) is using the moible connection and not IP connection (usually referred to as CS or Circuit Swtiched). MMS and SMS dont go over the data internet connection but the phone could be set to do that post upgrade.
