The person who has there name on my bill is no longer here.Its very confidential but they are not allowed to use internet.I have always dealt with problems an dleft my details od DOB as access.Now they wont let me sort things out .Help

Thanks Lon I appreciate your handling of the whole situation and wa spleased to know there was a way through this.I do hope Vodafone rethinks this problem and has ways to help us next time.
