Galaxy J3 Pro- problems with BluBubble app

1) Is 700MB enough memory to use a simple app ? Or excessive ? 


2) How can i identify easily - how much MB a specific app is using ? 


Basically when i load up the Blue Bubble app - the map thing appears OK. but as soon as a taxi accepts my ride - the map part goes dark / blank.  (the edges of the app still give me information - but the map part is just black.


Ive got no probs with other apps & in recenmt weeks ive closed dowb / cancelled all other apps before activating blue bubble - no improvement.  I ahve contacted them, but just checking here for all possible issues / resolutions.
