I get the same thing, I ordered at 8:07 and have my confirmation email. I spoke to customer support this morning and they said they're still processing the orders. Kinda makes me nervous

1 - Order will be fulfilled on first come, first served basis
2 - Depends on the amount of available stock.

Hi, i’m just wondering why I have not received email confirmation after I’ve placed my order? But i have snapshot of my ref. Number. Could you please enlighten me?

As long as you have your reference number, you'll be able to check your order's progress online from tomorrow.

Anyone able to track their order online now?
Ordered mine on the 27Oct, received confirmation email at 8:18pm. However upfront hasnt been charged.
Just checked and cant track order on website...
