Vodofone mistake over Prepay

On 17th August I topped up with Prepay

 

On 18th August I gott a text from Vodophone to say my credit was under $5

 

I have checked my useage, and none was used

 

Please enlighten me

Same happened to me repeatedly and while initially I thought I might have remembered my top up date incurrectly or forgot that I used my phone we just had a very dangerous situation occur where we were unable to txt due to no credit hence I have to look into this issue further,

 

I topped up Sunday night 20/08/2017 for 40.- and even though I got the "successful top up" message I was told on TUE when using phone for the first time "no more credit".

 

our prepaid number is [number removed]

 

Please investigate and let me know where the 40.- credit have gone?

no Ninja reply for 4 days so now emailed Vodafone to see whether I can get to the bottom of this and then will have to call 0800 number ......
