We have recently switched to Spark fibre, but have retained our Clear email addresses. Unfortunately I am unable to send email from my clear account when connected to the new provider. I found a very useful document on this site that listed what the settings should be, including that SSL should be used if another provider is used and a different port number should also be used.
I still cannot send emails and get the following error message 'An error occurred while delivering this message'. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
