Travel SIM questions

This might sound like a silly question. But here goes. I bought a prepaid sim with 30 days max 6 months ago at syd airport before going to nz. It was great and I am going again and still have the sim. Am I able to top it up or is there some limitations whereby I can’t use it again or some such.

thanks

@CMY

Apologies but you'll need to buy a new one as you can't top up a Travel SIM.

Safe travels.

Sorry @MikeHales but that INFO is incorrect.

TravelSIM has a life of 365 days from activation. Once your included benefits are finished or expired, you can change the plan to a regular NZ prepay plan, and top it up and continue to use it (once on a regular NZ prepay plan the expiry is 12 months from last topup made)

Cheers and let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, a plan change is required to continue to use same number but inability to top up Travel SIM is correct.

@CMY You could buy some Add-Ons for your current Travel SIM

No, You can certainly make a top up to a travel SIM Smiley Happy. That is how one can purchase the Extra_Mins and Extra_Data addons (or use at a casual rate if one would prefer).

Apologies, correct, Top Up to renew allocation is what I was referring to.
