Technical issues / Poor costumer experience

Hi,

 

Alright, I bought my Travel Sim at Auckland airport. those they offer at $49 package.

 

Everything supposed to go well... but it DOES NOT!

 

My number cannot recieve calles from other service provider. Be it land line or mobile. As long as it doesn't come from Vodafone, it cannot receive it. Funny right... yeah.. it's not supposed to happen that way. and its really a bummer.

 

I am able to make a phone call to any provider though, and receive sms/calls from vodafone mobile and land line.

 

But yeah, aside from that, this number is useless. And Its really getting into my nerve. 

 

Things that i Tried to do to settle the issue:

 

1. Call costumer serivce ofcourse - heck, no issue on thier part. No recomendatinos even to address. Poor me

2. Restart my phone - Nothing

3. Hope and pray that it'll get fix any time soon - it did not. 

 

I have been receiving emails that They can't get me on my mobile. [Edit: phone number removed]. And this is really pissing me off.

 

Try it guys, call me using land line (except for Vodafone serice provider). If you can get me and give me solutions, i will be in your debt.

Would also recommend you change your community name as we try to avoid personal details in public.
