In the past few weeks the spam on my paradise email has been noticeably increasing. Usual crap, viagra, cialis, canada pharmacies etc. It became a deluge so I contacted Vodafone by phone last week. Their advice was to forward to email@example.com so I have been doing this. It has made no difference at all and I am incredibly frustrated! What is going on? Is anybody else experiencing the same problem. It is driving me crazy!

There has been a lot of spam being reported by other users of vodafone linked emails.
Clearnet and Ihug users are reporting it all the time. The supposedly powers to be have put notices on the community page that they are investigating and hope to be on top of the problem. Yeah right, as it has been an issue for quite a few weeks.
I get up to 7 a day and just forward them, as an attachment, to their missed spam address.

Is anyone from Vodafone reading these posts??
80 spam emails overnight in the webmail spam folder.. none of them with my email in the to: address
It is a pain as I then have to look through to make sure actual email to me hasn't ended up in that folder..
Using Android device and cannot attach emails to report..

Spoke too soon. Back with a vengeance.. it is almost as if Vodafone are turning spam filters on and off.. some real information about what is going on would be very nice..

Again I report. I have two ISP's. All this garbage spam arrives on Paradise.net (Vodafone linked) None arrives via Spark. If I try to send these Spams to Paradise.net via Spark, they are rejected (effective filters). Not so with Paradise. Vodafone please get your spam filters sorted. This has been going on now for months with promises of a fix, but nothing changes.

Yep bad again on Clear.net side as well.
Getting F'ing frustrating.
Feel like going down to Skodafone store and kicking tires !!

Our Paradise account is a business account and all asscoiated with it, phone services etc will be transferred to another provider if this spam issue is not resolved soon. So much time wasted in sorting hundreds of pharma. emails a week makes Vodafone a somewhat worthless association.

They really do suck.
Made the news but no difference yet. This has being going on for months. What a **bleep** service provider
