I have an iphone app that controls our gas fireplace remotely. The fire is connected to our router via ethernet and is visible on my phone if I am connected via WIFI. When I connect via mobile data, the fireplace is no longer available.
This app was working before we changed to the Vodafone Router and Vodafone Mobile Network.
The fireplace app provider believes it is a router problem.
I have checked on the Vodafone Hme Gateway page HG659 and the fire is visible there.

What is the name of the app you are using? It seems like that this there is an issue with the fire place connecting with the app. Have you been in touch with the company that installed this for you?

The app is Smartheat by Escea
and yes, as I said in my post, I have contacted Escea and they believe the issue is with the router.
i can control the fireplace when connected by wifi, just not mobile network.

Sorry for the delay. I started looking at fixing this and got bamboozled. We then went on holiday so the issue has been left unresolved.
I have no returned and I am unable to access the Home Gateway for the HG659
192.168.1.1 doesn't open any page.
Our wifi appears to be working fine.
The fireplace app still has no access when using mobile network
We have lost the ability to pay Pandora Radio App.

If you're unable to open the modem page with 192.168.1.1 can you please do a factory reset by pressing the small reset button the back of the modem for 15-20 seconds.
Pandora has been closed down in New Zealand as mentioned on their website here.

I am able to logon to the Gateway now and I have attempted to follow the Portforwarding Guide but no success.
I have attached a copy of the information provided by the App that is trying to access the router. Are you able to give me exact instructions on the forwarding process?

Port forwarding isn't something that we support. However click on my name and send me a private message with your account number and last 8 characters of the serial number and I'll try and set up this up.
