Be good to know why Vodafone doesn't email you when you have exceeded your minutes but do so when you exceed your data; in our case resulteded in a massive phone bill !!!

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear about the big bill. I'll raise this as a point with Care team, data has always been the more common overuse hence the service but will ask as mentioned.
